How far in advance should I book my rentals?To ensure availability, we recommend booking your rentals as soon as possible, ideally 2-6 weeks before your event. However, we understand that plans change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests based on availability.

Do you offer delivery and setup?Yes, we offer delivery, setup, and breakdown services for an additional fee. We’ll coordinate with you to ensure everything is in place and ready before your event starts, making the process hassle-free.

Is a deposit required to reserve items?Yes, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your rental items. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery or on the day of the event. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future event if canceled within the agreed timeframe. Please read the cancellation policy here!

Can I make changes to my order after booking?We understand that plans can change, and we’re happy to accommodate adjustments to your order, depending on availability. We recommend making any changes at least 48 hours before your event to avoid additional fees.

Do you provide linens or decor along with the furniture rentals?At this time, we specialize in furniture rentals, including chairs, tables, and throne chairs. However, we can recommend trusted vendors for linens and other decor items to help complete your event setup.

How long can I keep the rental items?Our standard rental period is 24 hours. However, if you need the items for a longer duration, we can arrange extended rentals for an additional fee. Just let us know your specific needs, and we’ll work with you to accommodate them.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
At Izzy's Glorious Event Rentals, we understand that circumstances can change. Therefore, we have established the following cancellation policy to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties:
Cancellation Notice:
Cancellations must be made in writing via email or written notice at least 14 days prior to the scheduled event date to qualify for a refund of the rental deposit.
Deposit Refunds:
If you cancel 14 days or more before your event, your deposit (50% of the total rental cost) will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee.
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit.
Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule your event, we will do our best to accommodate you based on item availability. Any deposit paid can be applied to a new event date, provided that the new date is within one year of the original event date.
Final Payment:
The remaining balance is due prior to delivery or on the day of the event.
Forms of Payment:
We accept all cards, cash and electronic transfers. If paying with cash, please be sure to have the exact amount since the delivery team will not have any change on them.
Damage and Loss:
In the event of damage or loss of rental items, you will be responsible for the repair or replacement costs as outlined in your rental agreement, regardless of the cancellation date.
Communication:
All cancellation requests must be communicated through the contact information provided at the time of booking. We recommend confirming receipt of your cancellation request.
