Legal Terms
Please note the following general important details regarding your rental:
Round trip delivery is offered for a separate charge.

Setup and Breakdown Services: If you require assistance with setting up or breaking down your rentals, these services are available at an additional charge. Please contact us to arrange these services in advance.
Associated Fees: Cleaning fee is mandatory. You can opt out of delivery and pick up items with a valid ID and a proper vehicle. Setup/Breakdown and Labor fees can be taken off if you will do all of the work. If vehicle is not appropriate for rental items, your pickup will be denied and automatically converted to a rush delivery order with an extra of $40.00 plus delivery charge.

Post-Event Organization: if breakdown is not request, after your event, all rental items should be neatly organized near the delivery area or in the same manner and location as they were delivered.
Condition of Rented Items Upon Return: Please ensure that all items are free from debris and major stains before pickup. This helps maintain the quality of our inventory for all clients.
Order Modifications: Once your quote is close, Items cannot be taken off. However, more items can be added to your quote post finalization. Any significant changes to your order should be communicated to us no later than 48 hours prior to your event date if adding anything extra. This allows us to accommodate your needs effectively. This will also incur a rush fee of $40.00 by doing so!
Cancellation Notice:
Cancellations must be made in writing via email or written notice at least 14 days prior to the scheduled event date to qualify for a refund of the rental deposit.
Deposit Refunds:
​If you cancel 14 days or more before your event, your deposit (50% of the total rental cost) will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee.
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit.​
Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule your event, we will do our best to accommodate you based on item availability. Any deposit paid can be applied to a new event date, provided that the new date is within one year of the original event date.
Final Payment:
The remaining balance is due prior to delivery or on the day of the event.
Forms of Payment:
We accept all cards, cash and electronic transfers. If paying with cash, please be sure to have the exact amount since the delivery team will not have any change on them.​
Damage and Loss:
In the event of damage or loss of rental items, you will be responsible for the repair or replacement costs as outlined in your rental agreement, regardless of the cancellation date.
Communication:
All cancellation requests must be communicated through the contact information provided at the time of booking. We recommend confirming receipt of your cancellation request.​
